Time to Innovate
A common issue in today's modern work world is that we experience high volume of information flowing to us, email, social feeds, and others. However, to inspire innovative ideas requires a quiet mind (mindfulness). To support this requires creating time in your day/week to Innovate. One suggestion is can you schedule time in your week as a reoccurring meeting(s) to allow you to pause and quiet the mind? In my experience by blocking off this time allows you to quiet your mind and focus.
